24 years of hands-on experience on deployment planning, training and project coaching of Six Sigma and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) methodologies for major clients in Asia Pacific Region, trained 3000+ experts and management teams, successfully coached and completed 1000+ projects with proven business results!
? Certified Six Sigma Green Belt by AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) in 1997.
? Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by AlliedSignal in 1998.
? Worked as a Senior Product Design Engineer in AlliedSignal, Led cross-functional team and successfully completed CLC (Customer Linked Commercialization, renamed to DFSS in 2001) project, developed a new advanced material with record high sales margin for key customers in Taiwan market during 1999 and 2000.
? Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt by American Standard Companies in 2002.
